Yay! The Online Tourism Training Program is one year old this month. I began offering this program when I saw a need for DMOs to provide training to their partners. One of my first DMO clients for this program said “Some of our members have a limited understanding of the tourism market, but we can’t expect them to know what they don’t know.”

Another client told me ” We would love to be able to offer a monthly educational program for our partners, but we just don’t have the bandwidth to pull that off.”

As someone with many years in the industry, I love to help others increase their professionalism and understand that their tourism business is truly a business. And businesses need training, processes, understanding of how sales are made and more. By providing these webinars via Zoom,( a year ago, when Zoom was a strange new technology to most) I have been able to partner with DMOs all over the country.
