As we begin a new year – and a new decade!- I think many of us take the time to look back. I started writing weekly blog posts in the summer of 2016. At the time, I was working full time in the industry and would get calls and emails weekly from people asking for advice or ‘to pick my brain.”
I thought writing down my observations and insights would be a great way to share more information. Sometimes the ideas would come fast and furiously, some weeks I would wonder what I could write about. But then one of you will reach out with a question, and that gets me going!
